To learn more about the recent changes to your alumni email account, please read this post from December 2017.
Now that it’s been a few days since we implemented the changes with your email account, we’ve reviewed some of your feedback and would like to clarify a key point:
Your new email address and your school website authentication method are now different.
Your email domain (address) has changed to @alumni.fullsail.edu, but the address you will need to use for authentication to all Full Sail University websites is the @student.fullsail.edu address.
We realize this seems contradictory, and will have to humbly ask that you “excuse our dust,” as this update is part of a larger, planned digital transformation initiative for Full Sail University. Your alumni email changes were just one of the many efforts we’re undergoing to streamline and improve digital services for students, staff, and grads and we appreciate your patience and feedback as we strive to improve the transition process.
